Apply to make a multiple or composite CHAPS payment with the Cumbernauld office

Use this form to make a single payment using CHAPS for multiple PAYE schemes (called a ‘multiple’ or ‘composite’ payment).

If HMRC needs to contact you about anything confidential they’ll reply by phone or post.


Call HMRC for general advice on how to:

  • order payslip booklets
  • pay employers’ PAYE

You’ll need your Accounts Office reference when you call.

HMRC does not take payments on this line.
