Notices of final orders under the National Security and Investment Act 2021

Notice of final orders made, varied and revoked under the National Security and Investment Act 2021.

There are no statutory requirements under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 for the government to publish information about individual acquisitions prior to a final order being made. The government is, however, required to publish notice of the fact that a final order has been made.

A final order is a legal binding document imposing conditions on an acquisition to mitigate national security risks. The government may also impose a final order prohibiting or unwinding an acquisition.

The government has published the following notices of final orders made, varied and revoked:

Notices of final orders in 2025
