Details

The Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster has made a Final Order under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 in respect of the acquisition of an additional 48.9% shareholding in Agile Analog Limited by Delin Ventures Limited.

On 17 December 2024, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster made the decision to vary the final order.
