Details

The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy made a final order under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 on 20 July 2022, in respect of the acquisition of know-how related to SCAMP-5 and SCAMP-7 vision sensing technology by Beijing Infinite Vision Technology Company Ltd.

On 9 January 2023, the decision was to made to vary the final order.
