Details

The Secretary of State in the Cabinet Office has made a Final Order under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 in respect of the proposed merger between Hutchison 3G UK Holdings Limited and Vodafone Limited.

On 15 July 2026, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster made the decision to vary the final order.
