DWP provider guidance

Provider guidance gives you information about your role as an organisation contracted to deliver provision for DWP.

Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG Scotland)

Providers should ensure that they have reviewed the PVG scheme information on the Scottish Government website for the latest information and guidance and take the appropriate action.

Providers who work with vulnerable groups in both Scotland and England should take consideration of the differences between the PVG scheme (Scotland) and the Vetting and Barring Scheme (England).
