HMRC will only email you with confidential information if you have given them your written agreement that they can do so.
Approvals for registered dealers in controlled oils or tied oil traders
Email: morcapprovalsteam@hmrc.gov.uk if you have submitted an application form for approval as a registered dealer in controlled oil or as a tied oil trader and:
- you want to check its progress
- you have a query about your application
- any information in your registered dealer in controlled oil approval letter or in your application form has changed

Repayment claims

Paper form requests
