Derivative residence cards
Correct mistakes on your card
Email the Home Office on BRCError@homeoffice.gov.uk within 10 days of receiving your derivative residence card if there’s a mistake on it.
Include the following in your email:
- your full name, date of birth and nationality
- your passport number
- your derivative residence card reference number
- your case reference number
- a contact telephone number
- details of exactly what information is wrong
