We maintain and develop relations between the UK and St. Lucia. The British High Commission in Castries provides services to British nationals living in and visiting St. Lucia.
We provide a range of consular services to British nationals, work with the governments of St Lucia and St Vincent and the Grenadines to reduce drug trafficking, to adapt to the impact of climate change and we support British companies seeking to do business here. Additionally we aim to secure support in achieving British foreign policy objectives, such as the right of the Falkland Islanders to determine their own future. The Department for International Development Caribbean (based in Barbados), works to support the economies and security of the region.
