Overview
A Warm Homes loan could help you pay for energy saving improvements to your home, such as heat pumps or solar panels.
The loan is provided by a lender (for example, a bank).
After the improvement work is done, it might be checked as part of an audit.
If you’re on a low income
If you’re on a low income, you might be able to get free energy saving improvements made to your home instead through the Warm Homes: Local Grant or other grants.
Using the Warm Homes Loan Scheme with other funding
You may be able to get a Warm Homes loan as well as other grants or money from other funding schemes, including:
