Make a complaint
If you have a complaint about a lender or installer, speak to them directly to try to resolve the issue.
If you cannot resolve an issue with a lender, you might be able to make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
If you cannot resolve an issue with an installer, make a complaint to the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).
Report fraud or scams
If you suspect fraud, scams or misuse of the Warm Homes Loan Scheme, you can report it to Warm Homes Counter Fraud.
