How to apply
You apply to a lender that offers Warm Homes loans. You do not apply to the government.
You can apply:
- directly to a lender
- through an installer or retailer when arranging finance for the improvement work
- through your mortgage provider
The loan product will say if it’s funded by the government through the Warm Homes Loan Scheme.
You will need to pass the lender’s credit and affordability assessments.
