SW09240 - Organisations: Maintain Organisation Details
Once an organisation has been created its details can be updated by any HMRC Business Authorising Officer for a Room that the organisation is linked to.
They will be able to update any of the following fields,
- Organisation and sub group name SW09230
- Description
- Aliases
- Postcode
- Active state
Updating the organisation details generates a request to the HMRC Shared Workspace Live Support Team Activity Inbox SW04420. The GCA will approve or reject the request as appropriate SW04460.
Note, once an organisation is made inactive it is not be possible to make it active again SW09260.
