SW04420 - Shared Workspace Live Service Support Team: Activity Inbox Introduction

The Shared Workspace Live Service Support Team Activity Inbox is similar to an Outlook Inbox. It receives online requests, and can be managed by activity type, date received etc.

The purpose of the Activity Inbox is to receive, in one central location, online requests requiring SW Team approval before each activity can be completed. This enables the Live Service Support Team to effectively manage all requests generated within the service.

The following activities require Live Service Support Team approval

SW09220 Request to Add a New Organisation to a Room
SW09240 Request to update Organisation Details
