Manage work: access to records: appeals handler - processing and technical office

The Appeals Handler is responsible for

  • Dealing with appeals, and any associated standovers, which are received from or on behalf of the appellant or from another office


  • Dealing with work items appearing on the ‘Open Appeals’ and ‘Review Informal Standovers’ Work Lists
