Ofsted services: you no longer have access to your email
You will not be able to reset your Government Gateway credentials without the email address you used to create your account.

You will have set up your Government Gateway account with an email address.
Why you need that email address
As part of the security precautions, Government Gateway will email you a code any time that you want to reset your sign in details.
This will only go to the email address associated with your Government Gateway account.
If you do not have access to that email address
You will not be able to reset your Government Gateway password or recover your user ID.
If you still know your Government Gateway sign in details
You can continue to sign in to Ofsted’s services that use Government Gateway.
If you have forgotten any of your Government Gateway sign in details
To access Ofsted’s services that use Government Gateway, you will need to set up a new Government Gateway account.
