Remembering WW1 Victoria Cross overseas recipients

175 men from 11 overseas countries were awarded the Victoria Cross during the First World War. In June 2014, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office launched a campaign to mark the UK's gratitude by presenting bronze memorial plaques to their home countries. The second part of the campaign tells their courageous stories in a digital archive.
