Details

You must make sure wildfowling does not cause significant disturbance to wintering birds if:

• you plan to carry out wildfowling on your land
• your land is in Countryside Stewardship Higher Tier (CSHT) action
  CGS19: Manage wet grassland for wintering waders and wildfowl or
  CGS20: Manage wet grassland for breeding waders

Use the wildfowling strategy template to plan your sustainable wildfowling strategy. 

Keep a separate record of your bag returns.

You must provide these if Natural England ask for them.
