This is the chair’s conclusions of the Ministers of Economy of the UK, Western Balkans Six (WB6) and representatives of the European Union (EU) and its Member States along with senior official representatives who met on 16 October 2025.

The meeting was held at Lancaster House, London, under the chairmanship of the Rt Hon Peter Kyle, Secretary of State for Business and Trade.

This marks the 11th year of the Berlin Process, demonstrating continuation of the important dialogue and successful cooperation regarding the Western Balkans region.
