From 1 July 2025, all children born on or after 1 July 2024 will be offered their second dose of measles, mumps, rubella and varicella vaccine (MMRV) in a new appointment at 18 months rather than at 3 years and 4 months.
This leaflet explains the immunisations offered to children in accordance with the Changes to the routine childhood immunisation programme.
