  1. The ‘Use of Infanrix-IPV+Hib in the infant schedule: information for healthcare professionals' guidance was updated to include advice on what action to take if an administration error is realised.
  2. The 'Use of Infanrix-IPV+Hib in the infant schedule guidance' has been updated to clarify interchangability of the infant vaccines and add references to information about the efficacy of different component acellular vaccines.
