This guidance has been produced by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) to assist the shortlisted places successful in the Expression of Interest (EOI) stage of the UK Town of Culture 2028 competition to prepare and submit their full applications (hereafter “bids”). Shortlisted places preparing their bids are advised to read this guidance in full.
