This Statutory Instrument ensures the continued operation of the UK’s exhaustion of intellectual property rights regime without making substantive changes to this policy area from the end of 2023.

These Regulations provide for the continuation of the UK’s current exhaustion regime while the government is making a decision on what the UK’s future exhaustion regime should be.
