Delete the following commodity codes:
- 3812 1000 20
- 3824 9992 79
- 3902 3000 98
- 3910 0000 30
- 8501 4020 30
- 8501 4080 40
- 8526 9120 80
These changes will appear in the October 2017 reprint of the printed tariff.
