Details

Residual fuels are fuels not used for electricity generation or road transport, and are defined as non-gas, non-electricity and non-road transport fuels. They include:

  • coal
  • petroleum
  • manufactured solid fuels
  • bioenergy
  • waste

These 2003 and 2004 data are still classed as experimental.
