Details

The Specialised Committee on Law Enforcement and Judicial Cooperation (LEJC) is a joint forum between the UK and European Union (EU).

It monitors the implementation and ensures the proper functioning of the law enforcement and judicial cooperation part of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement agreed between the UK and EU in December 2020 following the UK’s exit from the EU.
