Assessment stages for compliance programme
A software supplier must pass 2 stages of assessment to be data set compliant for the national drug treatment monitoring system (NDTMS).
In the first stage suppliers must extract data to a CSV (comma-separated values) file from their case management system (CMS) containing data as prescribed by the test scenarios document that meet the latest data set standards.
In the second stage suppliers must:
- submit live data via a treatment provider for at least 6 months after passing the first stage
- take a compliance test to be confirmed as data set compliant by Public Health England (PHE)
