Detail

The eMandate programme is a free service to colleges. It provides an estates management benchmarking tool that lets colleges measure their efficiency and identify best practice.

More than 90% of eligible colleges across both the further education and sixth form college sectors have provided data.

This high level of participation adds to the value and credibility of this resource by capturing the diversity within the sector. It also provides a robust basis for the Agency to support LEPs in the assessment of capital projects.

The Agency has recently commissioned a further year of eMandate estates benchmarking by IPD (Investment Property Databank Ltd) to cover colleges’ operational years 2012/13 and 2013/14. Annual reports for these years will be uploaded on this page when available.

The benchmarking and reporting tool is available at the following address: http://www.emandate.co.uk/.
