This volume reports any new or different likely significant route-wide effects arising from the supplementary environmental information and design changes included within the Supplementary Environmental Statement 2 (SES2) and amendments within the Additional Provision 3 (AP3) compared to those reported in the main environmental statement, as updated by the SES.
