This volume introduces the Supplementary Environmental Statement 2 (SES2) and amendments which have resulted in the need to amend the Bill in September 2015 within the Additional Provision 3 Environmental Statement (AP3 ES). It also explains any changes to the scope, methodology, assumptions and limitations required for the environmental impact assessment.
