  1. The routine childhood immunisations schedule from 1 July 2026 has been added, the schedule now no longer includes the discontinued vaccine Hib/MenC Menitorix

  2. Routine childhood immunisation schedule updated from 1 January 2026 with the addition of MMRV vaccine to the routine childhood offer.

  3. Added 'Routine childhood immunisations from 1 July 2025 (babies born from 1 July 2024)' text and print versions.

  4. This document has been updated to reflect a change to the use of REPEVAX rather than Boostrix-IPV at 3 years and 4 months as well as a change to the Immform address.

  5. Updated in January 2025 to clarify eligibility for the pneumococcal vaccination in people with an increased risk of aspiration.

Routine childhood immunisation schedules from 1 January 2026 onwards

Significant changes have been made to the childhood schedule of immunisations starting 1 January 2026. These include a new appointment at 18 months and the addition of the measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (MMRV) vaccine to the routine offer.
