Details
From April to July 2013, John Vine undertook an inspection of the visa section in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The document contains the response by UK Visas and Immigration to the 5 improvements suggested by the ICI.
In September 2013, he completed a short-notice inspection of the decision-making quality in the visa section in Warsaw, Poland. The report provides the department’s actions on the 5 recommendations.
