The cross-Government Prosperity Fund delivers national prosperity objectives in fast-growing middle-income countries by promoting inclusive economic growth and driving mutual prosperity.
This document summarises the Fund Evaluation Synthesis Report for the first year of the Evaluation and Learning Service to the UK cross-government Prosperity Fund.
The conclusions come from limited evidence produced by Evaluation and Learning Service, but the Prosperity Fund has made considerable progress in establishing a complex fund. Many programmes are moving into implementation. The systems, processes and guidance required to deliver the programmes are now being set up including to manage gender and inclusion, and value for money issues.
