An assessment of the Compensation Act 2006 that has been prepared by the Ministry of Justice for submission to the Justice Select Committee.

The memorandum looks at the success of the Act since it was introduced in July 2006. It provides sound evidence that regulation of the claims management industry was not only necessary but has achieved the legislative intention.
