If you think your immigration adviser has given you poor advice or an inadequate service, you can complain to the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner using this form or via our online portal.

You can complain about any adviser, solicitor or barrister – even if you didn’t find them through the OISC.

This form is part of the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner’s (OISC’s) complaints scheme.
