OISC form for those who wish to complain about the immigration advice or services they received from their adviser.

If you think your immigration adviser has given you poor advice or an inadequate service, you can complain to the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) using this form.
You can complain about any adviser, solicitor or barrister – even if you didn’t find them through the OISC.
How to complain
The easiest way to complain is to:
- download and fill in the complaints form
- provide as much detail as possible
- include any documents that are relevant with your complaint
- save your complaint form as a PDF and send it with your supporting documents to complaints@oisc.gov.uk
You may need to update the version of Adobe Acrobat reader on your computer to use this form. If so please visit the Adobe website to download a newer version.
