Changes to EPR guidance

The Environment Agency is currently updating EPR guidance to meet Smarter guidance and Government digital service requirements. Some of the documents referred to in this form have been withdrawn and replaced with new versions. This form is still current. How the Environment Agency regulates you and your legal requirements have also not changed.

  1. This page has been updated by the Environment Agency as a result of the strategic review of charges. The review was consulted on between November 2017 and January 2018. The changes commence from April 2018.
  2. We have updated our application form for ground source heating and cooling schemes (part B8) to extend its use to water source heating and cooling. We have also updated the associated form guidance.
