This notice requires ship owners of UK flag ships to notify the MCA (mlc@mcga.gov.uk) of any seafarers remaining on board beyond their contracted period.

This notice should be read with the merchant shipping (maritime labour convention) (minimum standards for seafarers, etc) regulations 2014.
