MGN 620 (F) Amendment 1 ILO (No.188) work in fishing recruitment and placement of fishermen

Requirements where recruitment and placement services are used to engage crew. It is the fishing vessel owner's responsibility to use only reputable (RPSs).

This notice should be read with the ILO Work in Fishing Convention, 2007 (No. 188) Article 22, on private employment agencies and UK employment legislation listed in annex A and replaces MGN 620 (F).
