This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Minimum Requirements for Seafarers etc.) Regulations 2014 Part 7, MGN 600(M) amendment 3 which covers MLC inspections for Coded vessels and replaces MGN 601 (M).

Amendment 1 updates reference information only.
