Amendment 1 removes references to fishing vessels as these requirements are documented in MSN 1871 Amendment 1 and replaces MGN 577 (M+F).

It also advises on the requirements to deliver on demand, a list of crew to the registrar-general of shipping and seamen.

This notice should be read with the merchant shipping (crew agreements, list of crew and discharge of seamen) regulations 1991 (S.I 1991/2144) as amended by the merchant shipping (maritime labour convention)(consequential and minor amendments) regulations 2014 (S.I 2014/1614).
