This notice should be read in conjunction with the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Survey and Certification) Regulations 2013 and the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Minimum Requirements for Seafarers etc.) Regulations 2014 and replaces MGN 472 amendment 3.

Amendment 4 updates references, and annex A list of substantial equivalents agreed by the MLC Tripartite Working Group.
