We are consulting on developing a national performance-based policy framework for rating the energy and carbon performance of large commercial and industrial buildings.
To inform the development of the policy, we have commissioned a consortium of organisations, including Winning Moves, University College London and Verco, to lead a research project during February and March 2021.
The research aims to build on our existing evidence base around metering in large commercial and industrial buildings, and other aspects of introducing a new policy to the non-domestic building stock.
If the research team contacts you, we would appreciate your support as it will provide us with a better understanding of metering in the non-domestic building stock and help us develop the policy.
