Details
On 31 March 2015, the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) provided advice to the then Minister of State for Crime Prevention, recommending a Temporary Class Drug Order (TCDO) on a number of methylphenidate-based Novel Psychoactive Substances (NPS).
We are now recommending the addition of two new methylphenidate-based NPS to this TCDO and have published an addendum to the original report.
