     Updated the Landscape Recovery scheme reconsideration form to include decisions on Project Implementation Phase funding made after submission of project deliverables.

  2. 22 January 2024

     The form to apply for a reconsideration has been updated to reflect a change to when you can request a reconsideration and the stages at which you can do this (application, enrolment or development). The HTML guidance has been updated to give more detail on these changes and the rules and processes that apply to each stage.

     Edited guidance: Landscape Recovery complaints and reconsideration of decisions. The way to appeal a reconsideration has changed.

You can request a reconsideration of a Landscape Recovery scheme decision, as long as you make the request in writing within 60 days.

Read the guidance and email the completed form to LandscapeRecovery@defra.gov.uk.

If you’re unhappy with the results of a reconsideration, you can appeal the decision.
