     Section 11 has been amended to include an example of how ‘brace’ plan references may be used on title plans.

  2. 3 April 2023

     Section 14 has been amended to reflect that parties now complete an Ordnance Survey web form rather than supply the information to HM Land Registry.

     Section 13 has been added giving guidance on sub dividing a title register and plan.

The title plan is one of three elements of a registered title along with the register and any documents referred to in the register and filed at HM Land Registry. The title plan is a plan of the information contained in the register and must always be viewed in conjunction with the register.
