  1. Section 11 has been amended to give additional information on what should be provided when applying to alter the position of the red edging on a title plan on the basis that a legal presumption operates.

  2. Section 8 has been amended to improve customer understanding of the options we take regarding the showing, or not showing, of ‘T’ marks and how the register may reflect when we do.

  3. We have moved the contents of section 11.8 that we added on 4 February 2019 to section 11 as this applies to all legal presumptions.

  4. We have added a new section 11.8 to deal with ad medium filum.
