The guide has been amended to reflect how applications should be made using our digital systems.

Section 11 has been amended to give additional information on what should be provided when applying to alter the position of the red edging on a title plan on the basis that a legal presumption operates.

Section 8 has been amended to improve customer understanding of the options we take regarding the showing, or not showing, of ‘T’ marks and how the register may reflect when we do.
