Details

This report summarises the findings from an interim impact evaluation of the Industrial Energy Transformation Fund (IETF). It was conducted from 2025 to 2026 and covers Phase 1 to 2 of the IETF.

The evaluation used theory-based methods combined with quantitative benefit analysis. It draws on data collected from:

• programme monitoring sources
• programme delivery teams
• beneficiaries
• unsuccessful applicants
• wider sector stakeholders

The report builds on findings from the final process evaluation, published in January 2026.
