June 2016 update
We last updated our rules in June 2016, when we introduced a new rule (Condition D9) allowing us to enforce requirements we set when a qualification’s accreditation ends.
It also includes small changes which result from the end of our role as the regulator of vocational qualifications in Northern Ireland. These changes simply reflect the change in our jurisdiction; they do not alter our requirements in any other way.
