To give details of the partners to include in the Gaming Duty Register, you can either:
If you use the online form, you’ll get a reference number. Use this to track the progress of your form.

You’ll need to fill in the form fully before you can print it. You can’t save a partly completed form so gather all your information together before you start to fill it in.

Use the online service or the postal form to register for Gaming Duty.
Gambling duties: notification of premises (GD58)
Use the online form to tell HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) about premises you want to include in, or remove from your entry on the Gaming Duty Register.
Gambling duties: apply for group treatment for Gaming Duty (GD60)
Use form GD60 to set up a new gaming duty group, or to disband a group altogether.
You must register online for General Betting Duty, Pool Betting Duty or Remote Gaming Duty.
