This is the Equality Impact Assessment for the draft Heritage Protection Bill and the White Paper: Heritage Protection for the 21st Century.

The assessment has been conducted in accordance with the Single Equality Scheme for the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and according to the specific guidance relating to Equality Impact Assessments.
